How to Use Your Terracotta Oven Pig
Before First Use

Soak the piece in water for 12 hours (only the first time).

Crazing in the glaze is normal and typical of handmade terracotta.
During Cooking

Avoid thermal shock (do not place a cold piece in a hot oven or vice versa).
