Small Cylindrical Terracotta Planter from Deruta | 4 Pierced Scrolls | Hand‑Crafted
Each small cylindrical planter with 4 pierced scrolls is hand‑crafted in the Bettini Deruta workshop. Made according to the traditional Deruta terracotta technique, every piece is unique and full of artisanal character.
Natural and Breathable Terracotta
Crafted from natural terracotta, this planter offers excellent breathability. Its porous structure helps regulate moisture, absorbs excess water and creates ideal growing conditions for healthy plants.
Hand‑Worked 4 Pierced Scrolls Relief
The planter features an elegant raised decoration with 4 pierced scrolls, a motif rooted in Umbrian craftsmanship. Each detail is hand‑worked and hand‑finished, resulting in a truly unique piece. Slight variations in color and finish are typical of handmade production.
Outdoor Use and Frost Resistance
Thanks to traditional firing, the planter withstands both low and high temperatures, making it suitable for terraces, balconies, gardens and outdoor entrances throughout the year.
Includes a drainage hole to help release excess water and protect the roots from moisture buildup.
For improved drainage and to protect the terracotta from ground humidity, we recommend using terracotta feet to slightly elevate the planter.
