Each cylindrical planter with 4 rosettes is hand‑crafted in the Bettini Deruta workshop. Every piece is created according to the ancient Deruta terracotta tradition, giving each planter a unique and authentic character.
Natural and Breathable Terracotta
The planter is made from natural terracotta, a porous and breathable material that promotes healthy root development. It regulates moisture, absorbs excess water and provides ideal growing conditions for plants.
Hand‑Worked Rosette Relief
The front features a raised decoration with 4 rosettes, a classic motif of Umbrian craftsmanship. Every detail is hand‑worked and hand‑finished, making each planter a one‑of‑a‑kind piece. Slight variations in color and finish are typical of artisanal production.
Frost‑Resistant and Suitable for Outdoor Use
Thanks to traditional firing and expert craftsmanship, the planter withstands both low and high temperatures, making it ideal for gardens, terraces, entrances and outdoor spaces throughout the year.
The planter includes a drainage hole at the base to help release excess water and protect the roots from moisture buildup.
For even better drainage and to protect the terracotta from ground humidity, we recommend using terracotta feet. They slightly raise the planter, improving water outflow and increasing ventilation at the base.
