On this page you will find all the useful information about shipping, delivery times, packaging, and procedures in case of damage. All shipments are insured and packed with professional materials to ensure maximum safety.


Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs within Italy are free for orders over €99.00 (with payment by credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer).

For orders under €99.00, shipping costs within Italy are €9.76 and are always shown before completing the order.

Shipping costs include:

  • professional packaging
  • order handling
  • full shipment insurance

International Shipping

We also ship abroad. For countries outside the European Union, shipping is not available for terracotta products.


Areas Not Covered by Standard Shipping

Shipping (free or paid) covers the entire national territory except for minor islands, Venice and its lagoon, and other remote areas.

For these destinations, it is necessary to contact us before purchasing. If this contact is not made, the order may be cancelled.


Shipping Times

Packages are generally shipped within 1 business day after payment is received.

Express courier delivery usually takes:

  • 48 hours for most destinations
  • 72 hours for islands

All shipments are 100% insured and include online tracking.


Shipping of Bulky Products

Bulky items (such as large vases and jars) are shipped on a pallet with scheduled delivery. Estimated delivery time: 72 hours.


Responsibility for Shipping Information

The shipping details are entered directly by the customer. Bettini Germano S.n.c. cannot be held responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information.

If the address is incorrect or incomplete, the package will be returned to the sender. A new shipment can be arranged only after the information has been updated and will incur a new shipping cost charged to the customer.


Receiving the Goods: Recommended Checks

At the time of delivery, we recommend that you:

  • verify that the number of packages matches the transport document
  • check that the packaging is intact and not tampered with
  • if possible, open the package immediately and check for any damage

Reporting Damage Upon Delivery

In case of visible tampering or breakage, you must immediately report the issue to the courier by writing “Signed with reservation of inspection” and providing a detailed description of the damage on the delivery document.

For proper insurance processing, please photograph:

  • the external packaging
  • the inside of the package
  • the damaged item

Contact us within 24/48 hours by sending the photos and your order number. Our Customer Service will open the insurance claim and assist you through every step, until the item is replaced or refunded.

The report must be submitted within 2 days of receiving the goods, by email or by phone at +39 075 9710550.


If the Courier Finds No One at the Address

If the recipient is absent, the courier will leave a missed‑delivery notice with instructions to arrange a new attempt. After the courier’s scheduled attempts, the package will be returned to the sender.
