1. Purpose of the Website
The website allows users to purchase handcrafted ceramics and terracotta items produced directly by our company. All products are handmade in our workshop in Deruta.
2. Product Characteristics
The essential characteristics of the products, including price, materials, dimensions, and shipping costs, are indicated on the respective product pages and visible before completing the order. As these are handcrafted items, slight variations in color, shape, or decoration may occur.
3. Sales Methods
The website is available in Italian and English. Purchases can be made in the currencies available on the site. Accepted payment methods include:
- Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, CartaSi)
- PayPal
- Bank transfer
If paying by bank transfer, the order will be shipped only after payment confirmation has been received. If confirmation is not provided within 3 days, the order will be cancelled.
4. Shipping
Shipping within Italy, whether free or paid, covers the entire national territory except for minor islands, Venice and its lagoon, and other remote areas. For these destinations, customers must contact us before purchasing. If this contact is not made, the order may be cancelled.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The product must be returned intact, unused, and properly packaged.
6. Applicable Law
Purchases made on the website are subject to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), Legislative Decree 70/2003 on electronic commerce, and applicable Italian law.
7. Liability
The owner undertakes to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date but does not guarantee the absence of errors, service interruptions, or outdated content. Use of the website is at the user’s own responsibility.
