1- Do I need to be registered to make a purchase?
Yes, to make a purchase you must register. You will be able to follow the arrival of your order from your personal area, manage your purchases and request assistance after the sale if necessary. If you haven't already, REGISTER NOW!
2 - What should I do if I forget my login details?
If you have forgotten your PASSWORD: for security reasons it is not possible to recover your old password but you can request a new one by clicking here
3 - Making an order online is very easy:
1 - Search for the product you want by searching or browsing the store
2 - Choose the one that's right for you and add it to your cart
3 - Select the delivery and payment methods you prefer, fill in your details and confirm the order. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and the next steps. You will be able to follow its delivery from your personal area and you will receive all updates via email
4 - Will the courier deliver my order directly to the house?
Couriers deliver to the house number, to the street level, and are not authorized in any way to transport packages to the floor. If you need information, please contact our Customer Service.
5 - Do you deliver abroad?
Yes, we deliver abroad. (Delivery to states outside the EU is not available for the terracotta category)
6 - When will my order be shipped?
As soon as your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email. More info
